Pupil Leadership
Pupil leadership roles provide an opportunity for children to make a positive contribution to the school community whilst modelling expected behaviours to their peers. The pupil leadership roles available to children at St. Finian’s enable them to:
- serve others in their community (servant leadership)
- represent their peers and be decision makers
- practise and model school values and expected behaviours
- develop new skills
- use their gifts and talents
We have numerous opportunities for children to step into, building up to gold tie status in Year 6.
