  • Strengthen school-parish links
  • Embed new Prayer & Liturgy Directory facilitating a strong school faith community
  • Build and strengthen staff knowledge of Catholic teaching

Curriculum

  • Raise attainment for writing across the whole school
  • Increase the % of pupils achieving Early Learning Goal (ELG) working towards the DfE’s ambitions of 75%
  • Strengthen KS1 phonics outcomes
  • Embed routines that secure early writing, language and communication in KS1

Leadership & Management

  • Continue to build a professional learning culture, strengthening the quality of teaching and improving pupil’s learning and outcomes
  • Build a culture of high attendance and a sense of belonging
  • Prioritise early identification and support for SEND and vulnerable groups
  • Strengthen governor-teacher collaboration, fostering a greater understanding of school curriculum priorities
  • Develop the whole school outside environment to improve the quality of play for all pupils, during break and lunchtimes  objectives in

  • Facilitate an environment rich in ‘Communication & Language’ opportunities
  • Support a high-quality Continuous Provision (CP) approach
  • Facilitate school-family relationships enhancing pupil outcomes
  • Maximise opportunities to support early reading and writing skills

Attendance and Behaviour

  • Deliver and embed a clearly defined behaviour curriculum supporting a positive school culture
  • Develop the new Behaviour Lead role, supporting a culture of positive relationships and staff mentorship
  • Introduce OPAL play model, supporting positive play through socialisation and pupil well being

Personal Development

  • Deliver the Roots of Empathy initiative in KS2, facilitating a culture of understanding, compassion & self-awareness
  • Deliver a rich and varied pupil leadership programme with opportunities for both KS1 and KS2 pupils building self-awareness and confidence
  • Deliver a competitive schools sports programme, facilitating growth in technical skills, confidence, identity and a sense of belonging
  • Facilitate a culture of personal growth amongst the staff team, through professional and personal development target setting
